Wickenburg schools have shown a steady two to three percent average growth each year over the past decade. The school district has a student population of 1500 students, and employs approximately 100 certified and 120 classified employees.

Hassamaympa Elementary School is a new addition the school system established on the Heavily renovated site of the old Wickenburg High School. The new High School was completed in 2001 and new athletic fields and a new football stadium were completed in 2004
